To our Valued Patients,
In response to the current health situation and the coronavirus outbreak, we would like to let you know that we are, in fact, open for normal business hours. However, we are taking many additional steps to ensure the health and safety of all involved. We are monitoring closely all updates from the CDC and County Health Department and are following all guidelines set forth.
The health and safety of our patients and our staff are the utmost priority at County Physical Therapy.
Steps we are taking:
- We require that if any patients or staff members feel ill or present with symptoms consistent with COVID- 19 contact the office prior to coming in and cancel your appointment / do not come to work.
- We require that all who enter the office, including patients and staff, wear a face covering for the duration of the time they are in the building.
- We are no longer allowing guests/rides to remain in the clinic during treatments (except in the case of a minor or those requiring assistance).
- All equipment is being sanitized after EACH USE and all touched surfaces are being sanitized regularly throughout the day, including (but not limited to) doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, front desk, and chairs.
- Hand Sanitizing Stations are present for patient use
- We have taken steps to lessen the number of total patients and staff in the building at one time and are able to maintain social distancing standards for patients at all times.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions, and we will keep you updated on any further information as it becomes available.
Thank you,
The Staff at County Physical Therapy
